The firm has served as lead counsel and co-counsel in the two largest ADEA/RIF class actions successfully brought within the state of Colorado: Wilkerson, et al. v. Martin-Marietta Corp. and Vaslavik, et al. v. Storage Tek. Additionally, within the past several years the firm has successfully tried or resolved numerous multi-plaintiff cases, including LaSelle et al., v. Public Service, one of the largest ERISA judgments achieved in Colorado. Moreover, the firm served as co-counsel in Piet, et al. v. Lontine, an ERISA class action which settled for $5 million.

The firm has also achieved significant success litigating on behalf of individual clients. Typical defendants in these cases have included Nortel Networks, AirTouch Communications and McKenna & Cuneo. The firm secured the first nationally reported race discrimination jury verdict concerning the sale of real estate franchises, affirmed by the Tenth Circuit in Tyler v. ReMax. The firm has secured 10 recoveries in excess of a million dollars on behalf of its clients.
